Pathway Back to Self
Prefer to work through things privately, in your own time? Pathway Back to Self is a blueprint to understanding yourself. How you were raised, why you love the way you love, and what you learned to do to feel loved, needed, or safe.
You might find yourself giving too much, feeling guilty when you say no, or returning to relationships that leave you feeling the same way. You may understand what you’re doing, but still wonder why it’s so hard to do something different.
This is a space to explore what’s underneath those patterns and get to know yourself beyond who you’ve had to be for everyone else.
If you don’t want to talk everything out, or you’ve tried therapy and are looking for another layer of support, Pathway offers guidance you can work with at your own pace. It’s also for you if you simply want to understand yourself more deeply: what you need, what matters to you, and what helps you feel at home within yourself.

Personal Inner Child & Trauma Healing
If you’re ready to begin letting go of what you’ve been carrying and want me there to guide you, I also offer a deeper, personal healing experience.
Painful experiences can influence how you trust, receive love, protect yourself, and move through the world. Sometimes, underneath the over-explaining, emotional shutdown, or fear of being left, there is a part of you still needing care.
Through guided meditation, Reiki, and gentle somatic practices, we create space to connect with those feelings and begin exploring the wounds beneath the surface. This may include childhood experiences, grief, abandonment, betrayal, abuse, or painful experiences from adulthood.
Together, we give attention to the parts of you that have been waiting to feel seen, heard, protected, and loved. There is room to feel what comes up, express it, and begin releasing some of the weight with support throughout the experience.
This work can bring up strong emotions, so a prior session is required before booking. We’ll discuss what you need and whether this approach feels right for you at this time.
Reiki Healing Session
A one-hour energy healing session for opening, clearing, and realigning the chakras while restoring balance within the body, mind, and spirit.
Reiki is a gentle, meditative form of energy healing that helps move stagnant energy, emotional heaviness, stress, pain, and energetic blocks held within the body. This allows your system to soften, release what it has been carrying, and return to a calmer, clearer, more grounded state.
The body has seven main chakras, each holding different emotional, physical, and spiritual connections. When these energy chakras become blocked or unbalanced through stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, toxic environments, or carrying too much for too long, it may show up as chest heaviness, stomach tension, throat pressure, headaches, exhaustion, body aches, emotional overwhelm, or a general feeling of being drained or disconnected.
This is a beautiful session for anyone new to energy work or anyone who feels called to reconnect with their body, spirit, and energy in a softer, more restorative way.
Cord Cutting & Energy Clearing
A personalized energetic clearing session created to release what no longer serves you. This appointment can be focused in one of two ways: personal energy clearing for yourself, or cord cutting connected to a specific person, relationship, dynamic, environment, or chapter of life.
If the session is focused on you, we will clear stagnant energy, absorbed energy from others, emotional heaviness, toxic environment residue, self limiting beliefs, or anything your body is holding that feels restrictive in your healing journey.
If the session is focused on another person or dynamic, we will cut the energetic cords, emotional pulls, painful residue, and lingering heaviness connected to that relationship or situation. This can apply to romantic relationships, friendships, family dynamics, work situations, toxic connections, or painful endings.
When another person is involved, the intention is never harm. It is release, freedom, and healing for all involved. We clear the energetic attachment, remove the weight that no longer needs to be carried, and intuitively pour supportive energy back in based on what you need moving forward.
An intake form will be provided so you can share whether your session is focused on yourself or a specific connection

Intuitive Development Mentorship
A personalized mentorship experience for those ready to understand, strengthen, and develop their intuitive and spiritual gifts in a grounded, supported way.
This is not a general program or a one-size-fits-all spiritual course. Your mentorship is tailored specifically to your gifts, your body, your path, your confidence level, and the way spirit naturally communicates with you.
Together, we may explore your intuitive abilities, signs and symbolism, channeling, mediumship, energy reading, divination tools, spiritual protection, energetic boundaries, somatic awareness, and how your body responds when receiving intuitive information. You will learn how to recognize what you are feeling, how to trust what is coming through, and how to use your gifts in a way that feels clear, ethical, grounded, and aligned.
This mentorship may also support those who feel called to use their gifts in their life path or business. We can work through confidence, spiritual responsibility, client connection, energetic hygiene, intuitive language, and how to begin sharing your work with others.
You will have the opportunity to practice live with me and, when ready, I will connect you with practice clients so you can build confidence, understand your gifts in real time, and receive guidance as you develop.

Mediumship Session
A 45-minute session dedicated to connecting with loved ones and guides in spirit.
Mediumship sessions are held with compassion, care, and respect as we allow spirit to bring forward messages of love, validation, comfort, closure, and guidance.
These sessions may bring through memories, signs, reassurance, emotional healing, and solace after loss
Home Cleanse & Protection
Your home can hold the energy of past owners, difficult events, spiritual activity, grief, conflict, and major life transitions. This in-person service provides a complete energetic clearing of your home, belongings, and the people living within it.
Messages from your loved ones and Reiki also included.
I will travel to your home anywhere in the United States to cleanse each room, clear stagnant or negative energy, remove spiritual attachments, and cleanse items that may be holding lingering energy or memories. The home will then be smudged, anointed, blessed, protected, and energetically sealed.
This service is especially supportive for new or historic homes, moving into a previously occupied space, unexplained spiritual activity, or homes that continue to feel heavy, uncomfortable, or unsettled.
Each session includes a 15-minute Zoom consultation before the visit. Pricing is customized based on the size, location, history, and needs of the property, with all necessary travel and accommodations included in your quote.
